Each event is unique and customizable. We also have a preferred vendor list that can assist you with finding the perfect caterer, florist, planner and entertainment.

Tea Room    

Monday – Thursday 

$1,500.00 

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

$2,500 off-season  (October – May)

    PACKAGES FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (501C3) START AT $1000.00

    The rental includes:

    • Use of the Tea Room and the kitchen (for use by caterer only)
    • Set-up, breakdown and a 5 hour event
    • 60″ round tables and chairs for 180 guests

     

    FOR LARGE GROUPS OVER 180 GUESTS, WE OFFER A TENT SITE RENTAL.
