Our event space is uniquely designed, and newly renovated to capture that Elegant … Timeless and Historic era.

Each event is unique and customizable. We also have a preferred vendor list that can assist you with finding the perfect caterer, florist, planner and entertainment.

Tea Room    

Sunday – Thursday 

$1,500.00 

Saturday

$2,500 off-season  (October – May)

    $4,500 in-season (June-september)

    PACKAGES FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS START AT $750.00

    RENTAL HOURS: available from 7am – 10PM

    The rental includes the use of the tea room and the kitchen (for use by caterer only)

    Set-up, break down and a (5) hour event

    Each additional hour rental  – $200.00

    Package includes: 60” ROUND tables and chairs for 180 guests

     

    Optional services for events – FOR USE IN TEA ROOM ONLY

    Chair rental – $6.00 each

    Tables – $10.00 each

    Additional time – $200 per hour

     

    FOR LARGE GROUPS OVER 180 GUESTS, WE OFFER A TENT SITE RENTAL.
