Johnson Hall Museum is a private museum with a historic Tea Room, grounds for tents, vintage buildings and is located on 10 acres in Wells, Maine.

The museum grounds are closed to the public during private events so you have exclusive use of the property.

Our rental rates for the Tea Room start at $5,000 for a 5 hour reception. 

We can accommodate up to 130 guests with a dance floor and 180 guests without a dance floor. 

For larger groups please  inquire about our tent sites. 

Our pricing includes: 

• Use of the Tea Room – ballroom
• (3) bathrooms – (1) handicapped accessible
• Kitchen for the caterer
• Getting ready cottage
• Tables and chairs for 130 guests
